who what why and the NDIS
For many years who what why has stocked many quality products that are suitable for enhancing the abilities of children with all levels of skills.
We have many customers accessing our products and advice for purchasing disability related products for children and adults, through the NDIS.
We are NOT a registered NDIS provider.
We will work with anyone who has an NDIS plan to seek out products that meet your needs and provide whatever documentation is necessary to manage the payment.
Self Managed – If you have a Self Managed Plan you can purchase products that are related to the disability of the client. Our regular receipts are suitable as documentation for processing online or through the App. (ie they are headed with Tax Invoice and include our business details and ABN. They also include a detailed description of the items purchased).
Purchased made online will be accompanied by a similar receipt which is suitable for claiming reimbursement.
Agency Managed / Plan Managed – If your plan is managed by an outside agent, we will provide you with a detailed QUOTE.
You will need to provide us with the following details.
Agency Contact Details – email and phone
Agency Contact Person (if applicable)
Once the QUOTE has been approved for payment we will issue the Invoice to be paid by the Agency.
Once the payment has ben received we will advise you that the goods are ready for collection.
Please Note: that goods will be held for 14 days to enable this approval and payment process.
