All products listed on our website are normally held in stock unless specifically mentioned OR can be obtained from the distributors in a couple of days. The ability to add a product to the cart does not necessarily mean that the item will be available on the shelf in the retail store.
Items listed as Out Of Stock – are temporarily unavailable from the distributor but we are expecting them to be back in stock some time soon.
If for some reason we are not able to source the product for you in quick time, you will be contacted via email or phone. You can then choose to wait for this back order; replace the item with something different or cancel the item.
Discounted items are only available while stock lasts and if the stock is not available we will unfortunately be unable to supply the product.
Our site is totally secure for your personal details and for your credit card details. All information comes to us via a secure gateway.
We understand that you may still have reservations about paying online. We are happy to receive phone orders or place your order online and chose Direct Deposit payment method.
Credit Card details are not held after processing.

Your personal details may be used to advise you of specials, new products and other useful information . If you do not wish to be contacted you can email us and request not to be on the mailing list.
We only freight goods within Australia.
Our delivery charge is a flat rate of $10 per order or FREE for orders over $100.
Our parcels are despatched either by our courier Fastway or through Australia Post. It will depend on your location which method is used.
Local freight around Albury/Wodonga will be sent out by local taxi trucks.
Fastway deliveries are normally within 2 -3 working days of despatch. They will leave parcels if you are not home if they have received specific instruction to do so. Please leave those instructions in the notes section at checkout stage. If you are not home and they have no instructions, they will leave a card and you will need to call to arrange re-delivery.
Australia Post parcels require a signature. If you are home they will be delivered to your door. If you are out you will need to go to the Post Office to collect and sign for the parcel. We do this to ensure that you much anticipated goods arrive safely.
Refunds and Exchanges

We will exchange or credit note if you are not happy with your toy.
• Original freight charges will not be refunded.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, un-used and with no damage to the product or packaging.
• Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
• Please contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending the item back. This will assist us in processing the return.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as goods have been received.

Faulty / Damaged Goods
If you receive items that are faulty, have been wrongly described and therefore the wrong item has been sent to you or do not do what they are supposed to do - you can choose between a refund or an exchange.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased on line. Individual amounts selected will be added together to create on gift voucher eg. $50 + $20 + $5 = $75 Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers will be either sent via email or through the post - please indicate your preference.
The code listed on the voucher needs to be entered at the Checkout stage.
Gift Vouchers purchased over the internet can also be used in person at the retail store at 485 Dean Street ALBURY
Gift Vouchers purchased at the retail store cannot be used over the internet unless special arrangements have been requested at the time of purchase.
Schools, Kindergartens, Childcare Centres and Family Day Care
We do accept orders form schools, kindergartens, child care centres, and family day care (accreditation details required, please fax 02 6023 1499)- and we also offer a discount of 10% to these organisations.
To get the 10% discount you will need enter into the "Promotions" section the code - CARE.
We are happy to send an invoice to you so that you can arrange payments by cheque.
